Kristen Carroll Wiig (d. 22 Ağustos 1973), Amerikalı bir oyuncu, seslendirme sanatçısı, yazar, yapımcı ve komedyendir. 2005-2012 yılları arasında Saturday Night Live'da cast üyesi olarak çalışmasıyla tanınmaktadır. Kendisi The Groundlings adlı improvize komedi grubunun bir üyesidir.
Arrested Development, The Spoils of Babylon, The Spoils Before Dying ve Paramount+'ta yayınlanan MacGruber (2021) gibi dizilerde tekrar eden roller üstlenmiştir. Ayrıca Flight of the Conchords, 30 Rock ve Portlandia gibi televizyon dizilerinde de yer almıştır.
