Yavuz Bingöl

Yavuz Bingöl (born October 7, 1964, Istanbul) is originally from Kars, Sarıkamış. He is a musician, folk singer, and actor in cinema and television series. Yavuz Bingöl, the child of Yılmaz Bingöl, who is a literature teacher, and a musician mother known as Şahsenem Bacı, attended Karapınar Kayalı Primary School in Konya in 1968, followed by the second term of the same class in Halkalı, Istanbul. In 1974, he transferred to Malazgirt Primary School in Ankara. He completed his education there in 1975 and continued at Mehmet Akif Middle School. Being the child of a teacher led Yavuz Bingöl to attend five different schools during his primary education.
