The Verma Family is living their life in New Delhi. They are making plans to marry their daughter Aditi to Hemant, the well-off son of their American family friends. At first, the young girl finds this arranged marriage method wrong, but she accepts her family’s choice to arrange her life. The wedding preparations are almost complete and all distant friends start to arrive for the wedding. Aditi’s cousin Ria, on the other hand, has a completely different world hidden within herself.
